Making these sketch requests each month in my sketchbook has been a lot of fun -- but I wasn't too satisfied with how the previous months' pages turned out. I think adding some rough color and a bit more polish to the ink drawings makes them look a little nicer :,)

I was really excited to share the family portrait drawings with you guys; this is the first time we've ever seen Jon's dad! To avoid any spoilers, I won't say much -- but I will say that Jon's relationship with him is a big part of his character arc :,)

I often forget that not everyone reading the comic has the full context of the story in mind.
