Blood studies (with notes)

Here are a few drawings and notes I took while studying how blood's supposed to look! I never quite stopped to study blood consciously, just kinda went with the feeling wherever I painted it, so making this was quite nice. Didn't change too much of what I did before, but learned a few new tricks to stylize it after doing observation.

I fought a little with the blank canvas for this one, but finally got a thumbnail I liked and after finding the right composition, I couldn't stop having fun drawing these cuties 🥰 Their expressions will be a bit different in the NSFW version, but for now, I'm focusing on getting their proportions right.
