I took a mental health day
And I cleaned my closet and transitioned it from fall to winter. I didn't want to leave you completely empty-handed. I found some old Halloween costumes, so I tried on each one for a little fun. The rest of the day, I looked like the little snowball you see here.

My psychiatrist says I need to “dial it down” so I don’t get overwhelmed.
