As another month comes to a close, I thought I would check in with my patrons to see what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong.  

As informative as the "exit survey" is when patrons leave, I so wish former patrons would message me before leaving.  Just today I had a patron leave and when I messaged her, it took less time for me to take care of her than it did for her to leave and then rejoin <3
