Jasmine PSD

This was a silly idea I had a few weeks back, and I decided to finish it after a while. It is a simple do-over of a picture of Jasmine, but I liked to do so nonetheless because of the short story idea and the practice of doing the style of face and hair of a disney princess. Also, the feet: I was going to give her toes, but I liked the idea that she could fuse her feet with her shoes... I dunno. Looks like something she could do.

Zelay PSD

Since I've been a bit overloaded, I was trying out again with using a darken layer to create shadows. It kinda works for my standards, but I feel weird using it 'cause for some reasons I can't really place where the shadows go.

Oh, and the top was supposed to be something of a see-through blouse, so I made no lines for it. The nice side-effect is that you guys can remove it in a single layer!

Who needs Pokémon?

Hey everyone! Here's the psd fo Jessie's drawing. I actually really enjoyed it, it's been a while since I made full bodied characters interacting. I'm happy that I've been getting better at doing lines (instead of 10 tries undone, I only need like 2 or 3) and shading. I'm actually gonna try out a few techniques with these drawings.

That said, I surprisingly liked a lot more the idea of overpowered Jessie when you make her an actual overlord. Maybe I'll continue this idea later.

Hey, a quick announcement!

Hey everyone! Hope you're all enjoying the content so far!

I'm going on a quick break from 14 to 21 of this month. I'm having a surgery, quick and simple, but it will be a bit of a break for me nonetheless. So I'll try to schedule some posts for that week, but probably won't be full colored drawings, just finished lineart, and there won't be polls next week or the week of the surgery (for somewhat obvious reasons).

Anyways, that's all I wanted to say for now and hope you all enjoy...

ULTRAPOWERED LOIS!

Energy crackled between Lois' fingers. A surge ran through her entire body. Flying through the universe at trillions of times the speed of light, Lois arrived at a world with a sprawling alien civilization. I have this drive every once in a while that I start a sketch and I can't put it down until it's finished! It's interesting, but sometimes I wish I could just go to sleep. LOL.

Anyways, the idea behind this is that Lois got powers... like, God decided to give her enough power to change her life, and he misjudged how much power was needed for that to happen thanks to her family, so... She became more powerful than he had ever predicted.

Funny, I was messing with this drawing and started with just her, with the idea of her finger holding up a guy's chin. But then I though "Who WOULDN'T be looking at her ALREADY? What if instead she was lifting something extremely heavy just as easily?" And then the finished idea came along.

Also, it was my first time messing with Soft Light as a layer in a long time, and it actually helped me understand more of what I could use it for. Maybe now my drawings will take less time to shade!...

The funny thing is, I still don't know what happened to the original file, but that kinda made me want to make a bigger one like daring my computer to lose it again (lol). In any case, I really liked making this piece. I just wish I knew how to draw or paint scenery to give the picture a better background.
