Note going forward on NSFW posts

Hey, so I've been talking with Mariah and there's an issue with automation in regards to Patreon. Specifically, thumbnails do not actually seem to work with image posts.

Image posts ALWAYS take the first image of the gallery and overwrite the thumbnail. Since the automation is supposed to capture multiple sites at once, we can't exactly do that; there's no provision for "make this post have this one image in front and not for any of the others".

So, since Patreon has no other reco...
