Cleaning out declined pledges

On about the 3rd or 4th of every month, I go through pledges and check to see if pledges were made in good faith. I get a running tally of lifetime total pledged--if it is $0, then the patron is deleted from the roster.

I've also had a number of patrons who did have pledges back in 2014 but only had a few months' worth of pledges before their account was continually declined. I've also deleted several of those this month.

On occasion peoples' cards are declined at pledge time for...
