Sorry I didn't get to post this one early for you guys. I had the drawing down by the weekend, but had to fiddle around with the text and background a bit today. It was a challenge trying to convey "fancy restaurant" in as few shapes as possible.

I thought it would be fun to design some Litterbox "Reward Stickers" for parents -because seriously, *WE* deserve them more than kids!!
Right now I'm working on a pack for new parents, something funny you could give out at a baby shower. Here are some I have so far:
The first sketch next to the finished comic. I really enjoy drawing weird perspectives and lighting, so I had a BUNCH of fun with this one! It's a good thing that I don't let myself do this for every comic though, because I'd burn out so quickly. This style might become a Halloween tradition though :)

This is actually more how it happened in real life -although my husband saying "Ambitious" was in text form.
I decided it would be funnier if I could somehow convey that Trick or Treating wasn't even a remote possibility. I also moved the top text to come from Mom Cat directly, so that it was clear...
Here's my first attempt at a time lapse video showing my process.
I use an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil in Clip Studio Pro. This is 3hrs sped up to 1.5mins.
I'm a total n00b at this time lapse stuff, so let me know if you'd like them faster or slower!
