Behold, one of the sprites for one of the very important characters I've been working on passively for the last few weeks. I was given free reign to do whatever I wanted to Tonraq's redesign, so in the spirit of ice bears I just gave him the Wildside Overhaul.
Expressions and such will come when they're requested by the project lead for Hearthfire, but until then the base is essentially complete. <3

Happy Vore Day! This is one of my favorite pieces I've worked on recently as I'm getting a greater understanding of what my strengths are with color limitations. Gradients help give depth to flat works without the sketchy shading, and I enjoy the challenge!

You can only have 100 shields but I think our bear man likes the taste enough that it's granting overshields, teehee.

As I spend most of my time developing SS lately, I'm kind of obsessing over the versatility of one of Ken's spells. Enbiggen allows Ken to expand and grow spontaneously at will. It allows him to either become 4x his normal size, or expand parts of his body as he needs.
Despite it's versatility, Ken's mana pool is too low to use it consistently. Often using it means he'll have to refuel his mana reserves with a heavy meal. (which, surprise. Tends to be his opponents.)
...It would appear he's already answered that question. Pretty definitely, no less.

It's been a long road, and it's been filled with all types of challenges...But this is the last piece I'll be making for Hearthfire. And in a way, it's kind of an emotional piece for me too. This is the first VN I've been brought on board to help with, and it's also the first VN I've now seen to completion. And I've seen it to completion with my best friends in the world no less!

Wow. I'm not done with the first chapter yet, and I've already done so much work. I'm kind of surprised I've gotten this far.
Something I've learned that I'm struggling with is text boxes. I've decided that the format for SS should include black backgrounds, but the method I traditionally use to show characters speaking might need some adjusting here and there. I think I've fully decided that I'm just going to write text as opposed to type it in with the text tool. Becaus...

Phew! This took *quite* some time to color. I thought this panel in particular was special enough to essentially be a cover page of sorts.
