Something I would like to share with you all, is that the amazing Simmer Devon Bumpkin made a beautiful lot called The Enchanged Hollow, in which he uses A LOT of my mods to make it a really magical looking build.

Started recoloring again!

Hi all,

The image above is probably going to be the object which I will be recoloring.
For the people not recognizing it, it's the Denizen Pond from the Get Famous Expansion Pack.

My idea is to not only make additional recolors of the rocks and plants surrounding the water, but also to make some recolors in which I'm going to change the water color itself too. Looking at the pond in the image above, I think the colors of the plants and lily pads for example can be made a bit mo...

Almost ready to go modding again!

Hi all,

I'm very sorry it all takes this long to start modding again and make new videos and all of that stuff. I didn't intend to not post this small amount of posts the last few weeks. :(

The good news, I've unpacked and installed my computer and all things needed to make some new videos. The bad news, there're way more boxes to unpack not related to modding, but related to living  😋

Today everything is packed ( still need to do my PC though, it's the last thing) and tomorrow is going to be the day we're going to move to the new house with all of our stuff.

1st Twitter anniversary

I just got a message on Twitter that I'm now 1 year on twitter!
In that one year I have gathered 217 subscribers.
It's not as much as on Tumblr or YouTube, but as it's not my main sharing channel it isn't that bad. :)

Update & Huge Discounts on Sims games

Hope you all had a great Christmas time?

First of all, sorry for not sharing any posts since the last mod, but I underestimated the packing process a bit I think. It's now only a week before we recieve the key of our new home and we still need to pack soo many things. Luckely we've got the entire month of januari to do that too, but we also need to paint and stuff like that. New Mod / Video!

Animated - Placeable Legendary Creatures - Sprites
This week some more placeable "animals". Just as the Sharks from last week that originally came from the new natural pond in the Get Famous Expansion Pack, the Sprites from this week can be found in that pond too.

Because of this mod though, you won't need that object anymore to be able to place them in your own worlds.

I had a much better day today! I didn't had any time during the day to work on my video, was incredibly tired in the evening, but still succeeded in making some nice screenshots and videos for my final video. Seems the creativity I missed yesterday, was back today or at least this evening.

The screenshot above may look familiar though, as it's the same cave I made for showcasing multiple other mods this year. But it's definitely a place that is perfect for adding my sprites ...

Sneak Peek Image - Animated Legendary Creatures!

Hello everyone, 

As you can see, I tried to make my own Custom Denizen Pond in today's sneak peek.
Mine even has a waterfall too, made by using my Animated Wall Light Waterfall in combination with some rock furniture and some of my own rock packs.

Of course it also contains this week's mod, the Sprites!

I really feel that I'm in an urgent need of a break though as I spend a couple of hours in game today trying to make some scenes using the sprites.  But nothing seems ...

For this week there will be another Animated Placeable "animal" object.
I wrote animal like that, as it's probably going to be named Animated-Placeable Legendary Creature.

My plan was to make the Sprites that also came with that same pond as the sharks came from, from the Get Famous Expansion Pack, as a placeable object and I think Legendary Creature is the best name for it... But if you know a better name, please name it!

So here it is! Perfect for adding more realism to your beaches or for making a nice Shark Aquarium.

A bit more info on the different swatches

In my former info post, I wasn't sure what exactly to do with the different swatches.
By now I DO know, so I would like to share this with you all.

There will be a total of 8 different swatches. Unlike other objects, these swatches won't give you other shark species, what would be REALLY cool by the way! 😱 But as we can't edit effects yet, this isn't possible unfortunately.

So this time, swatch 1-4 will each provide one single shark, but on a different height under water. Swatch 5-...

More Animated Animals this week!

New week, so a new mod!
For this week something I already talked about some weeks ago when Get Famous wasn't out yet. It's about the sharks that come with the new pond object in game. :)

For this week I will be making a new Animated-Placeable Fish - Shark mod!
There are a few different effects that I will be using for different color swatches.
More info of what each swatch will do, will be shared later as I'm not sure yet what exactly are going to be the options...

Animated - Sailboat + Water Ripple Effect  ⛵ & Boat trailer
After a helipad + helicopter for your rich sims, this week you can surprise your Sims with their own Sailboat and Boat Trailer so they have something to place the thing on.

Besides unlocking them, I've also added additional recolors and small deco slots so you can place some birds on top of them too.

As I made the sailboat also placeable on the watersurface, I thought adding an On/Of switch for a w...

Finally a new Sneak Peek Video again! In this short video example you get to see the very subtle Water Ripple effect that can be switched on while the boat is placed on the water surface.

Sneak Peek Image - Sailboat + Seagulls + Sim

Found a better screenshot of the boat while placed on the water surface with some additional seagulls and a Sim placed with the Sim Teleporter.

This also gives you an idea of how large the boat itself is and a closer look at how the seagulls can be placed on some of the deco slots.

Tomorrow I will make a short example video of the animation that can be switched on to activate a water ripple effect around the boat.

Today I planned to share both this screenshot as an example of the animation of the sailboat, but didn't had any time today to do anything on my pc.

So for today I will take a look to see if I have or can make another screenshot to share with you all about this week's mod.

Some more info about the screenshot above, the screenshot is taken that far away as I wanted to be able to show all available slots on the boat, which includes the one at the top of the mast! All together there're 18 ...

Sneak Peek Image - Boat Trailer - Sailboat + Seagulls

As you can see, when using the large deco slot for the sailboat, you can still use the smaller ones for the seagulls too!

In this example you can also see that the "gold" boat trailer fits perfectly to one of my own made dark blue recolors with wooden deck.

This sneak peek image shows you all the available small deco slots on the boat trailer.
There's a total of 29 of them which are all perfect for the animated seagulls to be placed on.

Another deco slot that you can't see in this screenshot is the large one for the sailboat to be placed on. I will show an example of that in a few minutes too.

Hello all,

For now it looks like I WILL be able to finish this whole mod pack + video this week, so that's a good thing already!

In the screenshot above you see all 4 boat trailer recolors from which you can choose.
The one at the top is the default color and the others are new ones made by me.
They all match quite good with the sailboat recolors, which I will be showing you in other sneak peeks later this week.

Hello everybody,

Today was another day with no time to work on my mods, but I did have time to make at least one screenshot, so you know what the upcoming mod pack is going to look like.

On the screenshot you see all 8 recolors of the sailboat. By default there were 6 recolors, but as I didn't liked one of them I deleted it and made 3 new ones so in game you will have 2 colomns of 4 swatches. :)
