I've been able to go on longer walks outside now and feeling like I have more energy and strength. I'm still not allowed to carry anything over 5kg which is crazy for me to adjust to because I'm so used to carrying myself up the pole and on my hands! Sometimes I'm in disbelief how different my life is now. I've been traveling for close to 4 months and it feels so easy to keep going. The surgery went well and I'm in recovery now. The first night after the operation was pretty horrible, not gonna lie. It felt like my chest was getting crushed and I couldn't breathe. They put a compression corset thing on my chest and it just felt awful. The pain was 10/10, moving hurt a lot and staying still wasn't much better. I love training my butt! Well... I love training in general, but I get so satisfied when I can see the results of my hard work! I never really trained seriously for aesthetics, I'm more into functional training.
