This is a commission from a patron-

A big Hero 6 situation-

The Hamada brothers, Tadashi and Hiro are at the mercy of the botanical villain Xochipilli, using his array of giant carnivorous plants to capture and extract nutrient rich compounds from his captives to feed his plants. Then assimilate them once they're spent.

An alternative outcome that popped to mind while I put together Dustin's previous peril.

After immobilising the hapless wind ranger, it releases vines to convert Dustin into an ornamental miniature tree. 

And he's ready for a little pruning...
