Darth Talon

Here we go, the winner of the twi'lek poll a week or two ago, Darth Talon from the Legacy era. This was fun, tattoos were a challenge. Lighting is something atmospheric and different.

I needed to use a face as a basis for the design and googled fan casts, and up came Natalie Dormer. Not too familiar with the character so who knows how good Natalie would fit, maybe someone just wants to see her nearly nude and painted red. Can't say no to that.

Second winner of the WIP poll, this took a little longer than I wanted it to, and a little differently. I definitely intend to do more Widow soon, a new poll perhaps, all her costumes.

Clone Wars style Princess Leia, Padmé, Leia WIP and update

So I was experimenting a little with the style from The Clone Wars and I think I’ve got a pretty good Leia, so I’m planning on making something with her soon. I also sketched a Padmé Amidala, and a rough plan for a 40th Anniversary of Empire Strikes Back piece.

Coming tomorrow, the coloured Clara at the beach, Black Widow, and Darth Talon pieces. Then, an animated FinnRey shot, for the lead up to the comic’s finale. After that, I draw Leia fully.

Dolores Abernathy Strapped

I cannot get enough of Evan Rachel Wood as Dolores. Her performance across the entire series, and adopting some jaw dropping modern/future fashions in season three have stirred a number of emotions within me.
