And last but certainly not least on this UTadventure tour is Meghan. A California girl relocated to Colorado. Meghan is an absolutely beautiful woman and a great model. This concludes day 1 of the tour. Over the next few days we'll be seeing a lot more of Meghan, Melia, and Anoush as we speed across the Utah landscape. Stay tuned. I hope you're enjoying this tour from 2020.

Just a little bonus post from out of the archives. Since it's Tushy Tuesday, I thought I'd post a picture of one of the nicest tushes around. I confess, I'm an ass-man, and Wonderhussy has a great one. This photo was taken the last time we shot together, and she has since quit modeling full time. I keep hoping that one day she and I will have another opportunity to collaborate.

Dmitriy called and asked me to fill in on a Utadventure tour to round out the photogs and provide a third vehicle. So I spent 6 days in the southern Utah desert shooting with Anoush, Melia, and Claire. These next few shots are all of those lovely ladies. Melia was the youngster of the bunch. She is a great model. While on the salt flats, I complimented her on the evenness of her tan. She was appreciative of that, saying that she had been working on no tan l...

Two days after shooting with Taylor and about ready to give up on remote shooting I shot with Zoi. This woman is gorgeous and had the remote shooting thing down to a science. It didn't hurt that she had a complete home studio and understanding of photography. Zoi has been a Playmate in Playboy Europe and has appeared in that magazine several times. She was born in Greece, hence the dark hair and striking good looks, lived in Scottland, but now resides in the Netherland...

My next shoot was a remote shoot with Taylor. She and I had shot in person early in 2019, and she contacted me asking whether or not I wanted to do a remote shoot. I agreed and after rescheduling a couple of times, I told her we had to get it done. This was the result. This was a Penthouse style shoot with Taylor baring it all so to speak, but the results were less than good IMHO. She had partied all night and wasn't really feeling up to shooting, but I was...

About a week after shooting with Sienna, I traveled to Utah (Antelope Island) to shoot with Helen. We had this shoot scheduled for a while. Utah had not yet seen the explosion of Covid cases and there were no rules concerning face coverings etc., unlike Wyoming. As I was driving to Utah, the weather was beautiful, but just as I got to Helen's campground, the weather turned crappy. The temps dropped and it was spitting rain. We attempted to shoot outside in the wi...

Recognize that this was only my third tethered shoot and I was still experimenting with light and setup and using completely unfamiliar cameras. Sienna has a Sony, and the controller software is different from camera to camera. Canon is the easiest to use followed by Sony and bringing up the rear is Fuji. I haven't used Nikon software yet. I was figuring out that we could get some great photos with window light, but the model had to be brave enough to stand in front of...

I apologize for not posting yesterday. It couldn't be helped, but hopefully I'm back on track now. After shooting with Laura, I went back to my friend Sienna to learn a little bit more about tethered shooting. Sienna is a great teacher and patient model. We shot in her mother's condo in Florida. We originally were going to do everything outside but quickly figured out that computers overheat in the Florida sun and moved inside where it was cooler. Of course...

After my first experience remote shooting with Sienna, I reached out to a model in Great Britain who had been discussing remote shoots, Kate Laura. Kate and I scheduled a shoot and it was at the wrong time in Great Britain, just at dusk. We got some acceptable photos, but nothing spectacular. Kate was fun to work with, but we didn't have the right lighting or diversity of sets. Her flat had only one window that was facing the sun at the time we scheduled the shoot. &nb...

I had several shoots booked in April but they were all cancelled due to the Corona Virus shutdowns across the country. Models that had planned on traveling were suddenly quarantined or confined to the cities they were in. I went from several planned shoots to nothing. I was then contacted by Sienna in early May wondering if I would be interested in shooting with her remotely. The process goes something like this. The model hooks her camera up to her computer and ...

Crystal messaged me from Las Vegas and asked if I would be able to book her. I had already booked several model shoots in March, so I initially declined. She was persistent though and I eventually agreed to shoot with her. She and I had not worked together before this shoot. Well as it turned out, the weather forecast for the scheduled day was crappy so we postponed the shoot. She messaged me the day before we shot this and said that she had had a cancellation an...

About a week after I shot with Rebel, Abi contacted me and said her boyfriend and her were on their way to LA and were coming through town. She wondered if I would like to shoot. She and I followed each other on Instagram, but had not met in person. Abi is a musician, and a good one. She doesn't shave anywhere as you can see, and doesn't use makeup. She's an all natural woman. And she's a fun woman to just be around, a real free spirit.

Rebel and I met up at the end of February as she and her partner were traveling through on their way north. I included the truck and trailer in this photo just so you all could see how close we were to the highway. You can also see Rebel's van in the parking lot just below the truck and trailer as an illustration as to how close we were to the main parking lot. Rebel and her partner travel the country in their van. She jokes that she is homeless. She's really a petite ...

Continuing my series of photography in 2020, here's Daisy and Ziva. Like I said it was pouring rain this day, but Ziva and I had this shoot scheduled for months and we weren't about to let a little rain dampen our spirits. I got in touch with a friend of mine and asked whether or not I could use his home studio. As it turned out Ziva and Daisy were staying at his place while in Vegas. He told me I was welcome to use the studio but his remote triggers were on the blink....

Like I said Vox was only scheduled for a day, but so liked the locations, she decided to spend a second day with me in the desert at her epic locations. Vox is pretty particular about her look and the photographs. We spent a lot of time getting things just right and then going through and picking out photos. I maintain we didn't get any bad ones. It was a good thing we shot when we did. The next day was pouring cats and dogs, for Nevada anyway. I had origin...

I had been wanting to shoot with Vox for a few years after seeing some of her work on social media. We had corresponded and she said that if she ever got out this way we would get together. Well it finally happened. She was making a western loop and her first stop was Las Vegas. I agreed to pick her up at the airport and put her up. We originally had talked about a half day shoot, but when she got into the desert, she abruptly changed her plans and stayed over fo...

Moving right along. Bree and I met up about two weeks before the governor locked down Nevada. It was a cold and blustery day, but we went out anyway. This was my first time shooting in this particular spot. I selected it because of the petroglyphs in the area. Bree likes to be shot in front of petroglyphs. We spent the day outside hiking around and shooting. We got some great stuff, but Bree was cold. Heck I was cold, and I had on clothing. &nbs...

Toward the end of January, I shot with Kay in studio. It was a bit chilly outside. Kay is great fun to work with and local to Las Vegas. She only started modeling a couple of years ago and does a great job posing and engaging with the camera. She's extremely fit. I liked working with her, but we only shot this one time. She sort of disappeared off of social media once the virus occurred.

After shooting with Vivian for a day, I shot with Ziva for a day. I had accompanied my wife to a conference in Phoenix, and she was in her conference all day. Ziva and I go way back actually. She's a regular visitor to Las Vegas and I've shot with her several times over the years. She is a blast to be around with kind of a quirky personality and a very sweet woman. Again we went out into the desert and spent the day. I have to tell you a story. Ziva a...

Drum roll please. Here we go, my 2020 In Review series starts today. Last year had its ups and downs with the Corona thing and models who were scheduled to shoot cancelling all travel plans, definitely a down, but then the birth of remote shooting, definitely an up. One from my shoot yesterday with this great model. Melissa and I messaged one another on Instagram and set this shoot up a couple of weeks ago. Then the governor of Nevada asked for a two-week "voluntary quarantine". In studio would have made a difference but we were shooting outdoors at a reasonable distance so we went ahead with the shoot and we're both glad we did. Melissa is relatively new to the modeling world and it was our first shoot but certainly won't be our ...

Melia and I shot this set last summer in southern Utah as part of UTadventure tours. Three models 6 photogs and 6 days of shooting at various spots. It's exhausting to be honest with you. More so for the models who are getting up early to get prepared for the day and going to bed late. This was my first time working with Melia and she did not disappoint. She's a wonderful young model. She told me that her mother was the photog on one of her first shoots. &n...

I had a request f to see more of this beautiful woman. Just a reminder to you all, if you want to see more of a particular model, just ask, and I'll see what I can do. This was taken during our first shoot and Sam was in her guest bedroom which was at the front of the house. She posed in front of the window until people started walking by and looking and then she moved to the bed which ws less visible.
