Floofie

I've shot with Floofie a lot.  She's definitely a favorite of mine, and I think it's easy to see why.  She is a true professional.  I shoot with her every chance I get.  This trip she was picking up a friend's car and driving it home.  We were shooting in Oregon when she told me she would be visiting Nevada, and asked if I wanted to shoot with her while she was here.  Of course I said yes.

As most of you know Kira and I go way back in my nude photography career.  She was the first model I hired.  As I like to say I started with one of the best around.  Our first photo shoot was in Moab, and this latest shoot was just outside my home in Nevada, actually we drove to Gold Butte National Monument.  I hope you enjoy these photos.

Despite Emmy being ill, and me having camera issues, we got a lot of good photos during this session.  Not only was Emmy just getting over the flu, Baby (her dog) was car sick from the airplane travel and riding in my truck.

I know I've been neglecting my Patreon account lately.  This is the time of year I relocate south.  I'll try to be a little more regular with my posting.

We chose for her not to wear her hair extensions for this shoot because we wanted Emmy to look less glamorous and more natural.  Nonetheless she is glamorous, but I think we made the right choice.  She agreed.

So I had a request for a few more photos of Emmy from one of my loyal followers.  Who am I to refuse?  Like I said in my original post, I had some camera difficulties during this shoot but managed to salvage the photos.  It was a good thing because Emmy has given up modeling in the nude, but she has recently started modeling again doing some glamour type photos.  She is going to school in the mid-west so I don't expect her back my way anytime soon.

Last one for now.  This was the most explicit pose of the session.  Like I said Ivy is very comfortable posing in this manner.  It's a little out of my comfort zone, and we didn't shoot many of her posing in this manner.  There's a couple of models that I shoot with that don't mind what I consider to be explicit posing, but I don't really think you have to be explicit to create fine art.  To each their own.  I enjoy the change of pace, but won't make it a habit.

We shot at the end of the day in fading light, but I think we got some good photos.

Ivy had been on my photography bucket list and when I learned she was attending the Arizona Shoot Out, I contacted her and asked her if she would like to shoot a few one-on-one photos.  She agreed, and we spent a couple of hours shooting in various spots around the location.  She is a very beautiful woman.

As some of you know I have a background in mining.  This location houses a lot of old mining equipment so I got to combine my photography with my mining background.

This set includes images from my shoot with this woman at the Arizona Shoot Out.  Ivy is a Penthouse Pet and an accomplished photographer based in Pennsylvania.  This pose and one other are out of my usual comfort zone but well within Ivy's.

Like I said, I wish you could see her eyes better in this photo.  They are indeed beautiful, but so is the rest of her.  This was one of Emmy's last modelling tours.  She has quit modelling to concentrate on her relationship and go back to college.  I wish her the best of luck.

So Emmy has stated several times on social media that she's always mistaken for a man, especially when she doesn't wear her hair extensions, which she didn't for this entire shoot.  I don't know who would mistake this lovely woman for a man, but they need to see the eye doctor IMHO :-)

Like I said I shot the entire series with wrong settings, but could rescue the photos somewhat.  For those of you that regularly look at my photos you know I try to concentrate on the eyes, but with the wrong settings it was impossible to capture the lovely eyes of Emmy.  I wish you could see them.  She is Scandanavian with that blonde hair and the bluest of eyes.

This was one of Emmy's last tours.  She has since stopped modeling, but is considering taking it up again, but no nudes.  Emmy apologized the whole time we were shooting about her conditioning.  She had not worked out for a couple of weeks because she was ill.  I thought her conditioning was just fine.

Who is Baby you ask?  Well let me introduce you to one lucky dog.  She travels with Emmy to all her shoots.  And for those of you wondering how I could miss my settings.  Well I was distracted trying to make sure Baby stayed hydrated and not bitten by a rattlesnake while I was shooting with Emmy.

I hope you enjoy this set.  Emmy met me in Las Vegas (I actually picked her up at the airport) with Baby.  She was pretty sick but was powering through it during the tour.  I wasn't paying much attention to my camera settings and shot the entire shoot a little underexposed.  I corrected the photos as best I could but they're still not the best.

The sun was beginning to set when we got to the red rocks but we still managed to shoot some very nice photos.

We shot a half day at an abandoned cement plant in the Nevada desert and then moved to red rock.  Floofie and Merrique are best friends and very comfortable working together as if you couldn't tell.

I shot these late last year in Nevada.  Floofie and Merrique were in town and contacted me and asked if I wanted to shoot with them.  Color me silly, but I said yes.
