First wip of a lovely honey badger gal for some personal test material as im still trying to get use to this new tablet since it in no way feels like the old one that decided to die on me a week ago and thought i would do some more testing by doodling random stuff that popped into my head that i have yet to do.  What better than a honey badger showing all the goods to help me break this thing in more. lol

luca rough sketch

just a rough sketch of a requested image from someone as i try to test out and get use to replacement tablet so proportions are kinda big i know. Im still kind of annoyed at how my screens dont match color wise so it always difficult to tell what is correct without calibration tools so oh well. Aside from that im really enjoying how it draw so will just take more time to get use to it.

VERY BAD NEWS

My art tablet just hecking died on me! TONIGHT!     

Extremely stressed out right now as i have been in the middle of work and my art tablet has suddenly decided that tonight was the night it would stop working and that is very very not good and i do not have the means to replace it right now since these these are ungodly expensive for a 4k tablet so im at a struggle trying to figure out what to do right now as i try to get it work etc.

Note about specific material + Rant

As a quick note. Yes i am aware i tend to post a lot of pokemon based material but i would like people to keep this one thing is mind. The vast majority for some reason who ask for material seems to be poke furs so they ask for stuff far more than anyone else even though i would like to draw many other things. i simply don't get asked as much for other stuff and i work largely based off what im asked for so i may start opening up suggestion post for material to try and force a larger mix of c...

I know i don't to do backgrounds as much but have been trying to get back into them using a new set of brushes so i still dont really know how well these looks but eh. This is just a renderd out bg for a com which itself is odd because i rarely tend to draw out an entire background. Normally i just paint around the character once the shading is done so it might be easier to start doing the scenery first beforehand.

I actually am starting to like how lines are now since i started messing around with different pencils and inkers and noticed i have gotten noticeably faster with doodling and inking just by messing around with different tools and they look a bit nicer so is happy about that. :3

just a quick rough sketch of something in progress for someone. may not be the best material wise but i managed to locate some new pencil brushes for sketching over default stuff and i will say that i like how sketches tend to look line wise so it should help a lot with sketching from now on. for whatever reason, a lot of my pencils are either way to hard requiring me to press down with the force of a thousand suns multiple times just to get a solid line or their far to rough and loose making...

Suggestions on material

Not entirely to sure on how to go about the actual selection of characters but i may be debating creating or at least trying to create character pools fo characters people may like to see but then again i dont know which characters to would be so be ask for suggestion during creating them. Aside from that i may also eventually add a tier or option for request material later down the road.
