As always, thanks to all of you for making 2021 a solid year for me!
Because of your support, because of my ability to work my own hours and make my own schedule, I was able to lose 90 lbs in 2021 through a mixture of daily workouts and calorie counting.
Still have another 30-40 lbs to go before I'm at my target weight, but now that I know its possible, I can't see myself not managing it over these next few months.
