My streaming hours in the earlier part of the day will be bumping to 12-3pm, from the current 2-5pm, to give me a longer break in the middle of the day. Then resume for 7pm-11pm.

this has been a WIP for many many months now, forget when I started it exactly but was in a rendering mood tonight and got it to what I'm gonna call finished :)

Now that there have been 2 months of cooldowns, a reminder that if the slots aren't filled by those not on cooldown, I'll allow those still on cooldown (starting with the oldest) to fill slots (and their cooldown will restart if so).
I'm hopeful I'll be able to fill them, though this is just in case, to let you all know! :)
