By the way, higher tiers patrons might have noticed I haven't published any timelapses for these recent images. The reason is that I'm mostly using a friend's old laptop that still has Windows 7 and so can't run the most recent version of Clip Studio Paint that allows recording timelapses. I really hope to be able to record them again...

Random dinos ref sheets

Some of the very old commissions I need to work on are ref sheets, but since I hadn't drawn in a while, I needed to get back in the habit of drawing in the style. For this reason, instead of risking to draw bad images for the commissions, I prefer to draw something generic in that style. 

I made up some random dinos - don't expect them to be any scientifically accurate, but they have pretty colors, don't you think? Not sure if I'll keep these guys or not, but they were fun to draw ...

I won't bore you with details of my private life, lots of stuff still going on and who knows when it will get better, but I am really itching to draw again. 

I doodled a random fluffy raptor to get out of the slump, and it came out looking a bit like the JW Pyro - so when cleaning it up I used those shapes and colors. Hope you like them!

February billing paused

Hi all! As you might know by now, I'm going through some personal IRL issues that make it difficult to draw. 

I had already paused January billing and planned to start working normally again this month, however things aren't getting any better so I'm going to suspend billing for one more month.

This means you won't have to pay anything on February 1st. The next billing "should" happen regularly on March 1st. I will of course keep you all updated about it.

Dragons sketches

Here's more warm-ups! A bunch of random dragons~ the first one was a suggestion by an anonymous Patron from a while ago that I plan on finishing as I really like it, as for the other two, I don't know, what do you think? Is it worth cleaning them up? 

Horse with dog mouth

I had been wanting to design a character based on the "horse with dog mouth" meme (see second pic - I don't know who made the original images, sorry!) for many years now but I always had other things to draw so I ended up never doing it. Today though, it made for a good warm-up!

He ended up basically looking like a hybrid between a draft horse and a bull terrier, which inspired me for the color scheme. I will hopefully give him a name and draw him again later!

Thinking about doodling a little simple something everyday to get back into the habit of drawing, so there (hopefully) will be a lot of "comfort zone" art from me in these next weeks. Here's a random raptor that I named Baltimore because the colors are loosely inspired by the Baltimore Oriole!

I'll probably have him up for adoption at some point, I love the design but I'm not sure I'll use him again in art XD

Pausing Patreon billing for one month

I know many artists keep on charging their Patrons even if they can't draw anything that month, but it's not something I like doing. For this reason, I will pause the billing for January.

About monthly suggestions!

In response to this poll, it seems that, while you'd mostly be ok even with them going away, most of you like and would miss the monthly suggestions.

So, I'll keep the monthly suggestion system up, at least for now. 

I'm just gonna (hopefully?) simplify the method of submitting the ideas. I thought the google form with ability to suggest anonymously, upload pictures, and see the list of do's and do...

I got no suggestions from the 5€ tier supporters, so a picked a second one from the 2€ one instead.

I must say, I'm rather proud of the shapes I drew this dragon, he's rather handsome don't you think? He might soon need something warmer than just a pumpkin though~ :D
