Amber - Part II

I bought one day a prism to mess with my photos, and now I never take it with me. I just use whatever glass I find in the location. Champagne glass, wine - try to experiment with different crystals, just be careful not to scratch your precious lenses.

Got me also thinking, that these photos are too sexual to post it on IG, even with censorship. I make all sorts of different photography and I don't want to be boxed as XXX photographer.

Tips & Tricks: How to find your own style

In addition to photos with fantastic model Amelia, I would also like to show you a glimpse into how I prepare my IG carousels a.k.a. slider posts where you can see my current workspace which is basically arrangement of panels in Photoshop.

I don't know how you like this style of editing, but I bounce back and forth from grainy pictures and sharp detailed images. The worst thing is in the beginning when you start to take photos and you make every single picture in a different style.

Right now I focus on editorial approach, where all the images from one photo shoot should paint the bigger picture and they should complement each other.

This is probably my most classy and elegant set that I've ever made up so far. Amelia posed in this spot for like 7 minutes and we moved because it was kinda "meh..."

Photoshop PSD file of the cover photo with detailed layers is on it's way. To achieve this effect I used like 4-5 different blur types, so I wanna show you how it was done. Step - by- step.

All in all, there will be 3 separate color themes here. Even though there was just 1 photoshoot with this model, Natalia. I've tried to take some photos using strobe flash, but for now, I'm still a fan of a natural light. That doesn't mean I shouldn't learn how to shoot with flash which I strongly encourage you to do as well, to broaden your skillset. 

Cover photo is made entirely using natural light only + edited in Photoshop.
