Cinder was reassured by the Mythco Chemist Worker that the Lactation Tablets where perfectly safe if she kept to the recommended amount, and that is true as said Worker probably didn't account for Cinder mixing said tablets up with her Tic-Tacs and unknowingly downing a little too much.
