Hello! We used to make textures for Sims using something called RLE2 format, but now the game and S4S has updated so we can use LRLE format, which helps with a lot of things! (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ
As I've discovered/understood things, the new format helps to:
- Make makeup fully compatible with the new sliders
- Fixes the missing/not working swatches of some eye colors and especially default eye colors
