Next Build Update and Sprite Vote

First of all, we just wanted to give you guys a heads up that we're pushing the next release to the 15th. While the writing is done we wanted to give our sprite artist a little more time so that all the base sprites will be complete for the next build. Keep in mind this update will not charge you, that one will be at the end of the month with TJ's route update.

Flynn WIP

With Flynn nearing completion, the base sprites will finally be finished. From here we will begin working on emotive sprites for each character. We will hold a vote this week to see who will be the first to have that done.

Vote Results and Update Dates

It's been a bit of a busy month, but Carl's route is well on its way. To make sure it's not rushed, we will be releasing his update on the 9th of April. Also, TJ won the vote so his update will be at the end of that same month. Finally, keep an eye out for a vote relating to sprites in the coming week!

Android Version

Hey guys. 

Our UI artist, Toki,  put together an Android build of the VN. Unfortunately, it was created from a release that had some text issues, namely ones in which text will run off the text box when sentences are too large. That will be fixed with time, but just be aware that that might happen. If you do try it out, please keep an eye out for any other bugs and let us know if you find any!

When I was pulling the update together last night I realized I was missing a file with about 5,000 words in it. Looked for it for a few hours but it's just gone. Sorry I didn't let you know eariler, but I had an overnight shift to get to and I was a little too frustrated to post anything. I'm in the process of rewriting it. It's deflated my enthusiasm a bit, but I'm going to try to get it out in the next few days so that there's time to get the second update together.

First, a quick update on the next update; graduation and work have been a bit busier than expected. We're going to have to move the release date to around the 20th-21st. Sorry guys! The second update is still set for the end of the month, though.


So we took your suggestions into consideration and chose the scenes that we felt would best fit into the VN (If one of your suggestions was not chosen It could be because it will be included in a future vote, or because it's already being ill...

Scene Suggestions for Illustration

Suggest in the comments a scene from the VN you'd like to see illustrated by Stranj. Once we have a nice selection, we'll choose four or five of your suggestions and hold a vote! Depending on how this goes, we'll likely make this a regular thing in the future.

Hello everyone!

With school now officially over, I feel that I can really focus on this project, now. Because of this, I'm going to shoot for two updates every month. I just feel that that's a good amount to keep everyone a bit more engaged and get things moving at a more realistic pace.

That brings me to the payment frequency: I will be charging every other update. So, I will likely only charge for the second update at the end of the month (in other words, frequenc...

Project Update

With MFF, finals week, and graduation approaching, I suppose that this may have been a bad month to promise two updates. Because of this, the double update month will have to be moved to December, which I really feel bad about, but it's just not coming together fast enough to justify a decent update. Flynn's next update IS half-written however, so the next update will be out on the 16th, the second on the 30th.

Project Update

Hello Patrons,

We have the results of the route vote and the winner is...Flynn! His will be the next update after Carl. Speaking of which, this month we are planning to have two updates; Carl's on the 14th, and Flynn's at the end of the month.

In other news, the short story project is coming along great and should be out sometime this week for our Towny and up backers!

Postponing Next Update

Hello everyone,

So this month hasn't been a very productive one for the team, especially on the writing front. Because of that, we're going to postpone the next demo until November 14th. It should be sizeable enough by then to justify putting out an update. Sorry about that, guys.

We hope to have all of the sprites fully colored by then, along with another illustration from Stranj. Towny+ backers also have a sizeable short story to look forward to in the meantime!
