I wouldn’t know how to do yoga if my life depended on it but when I wore this outfit a couple of weeks ago I thought it was funny that it looked like I was about to go and do yoga when I was bloated and full of food and milk! So I filmed a very short clip of me burping while doing some fakey yoga, I didn’t know whether to share it or not but I thought it was kind of funny so here it is!

Here’s the second part of the video, the eating part! This section is over 21 minutes long; having already told you about how much I love these crisps I demolish the whole bag along with a lot of cheese and coke. Lots of burps and I also comment about some weird digestive noises and feelings I notice, then I take a look at the packaging to see how many calories i’m consuming when I indulge in my favourite snack!

Almost 2 and a half years ago now I started to look at making videos again after I had some health improvements and as it wasn’t possible to film in the boat I was looking at saving to book a cheap hotel room for a day to film in. I even got as far as buying the wig and a couple of items of clothing when the pandemic hit, hotels closed and my plan had to go on hold!
I’d lost so much weight through being ill that this silky black slip was kind of loose when I tried it on at the time....

This is the only shirt I own that I can fasten properly all the way down the front and I think we need to do something about that! Here’s the final part of the Lactulose video. I’m pretty disappointed; there was another 30 minutes worth of content that the sound just didn’t record on and there’s nothing I can do about that 😔 Such are the perils of technology, I suppose, but I’m really sorry. I forgot I had this! I was trying out this combination of leggings and sports bra to see how they looked with the wig when I was suddenly struck with a really awful gas pain and desperately needed that air out my system!
I had to abandon what I was doing to crunch up on the couch, letting out first a burp and then a huge, gross fart! I felt sooooo much better afterwards but god that was humiliating!! 😅

Last week when I was full of air I tried all kinds of things to relieve my discomfort and bloating. I thought if I rubbed in some moisturiser it might help me to really get a good massage going so I took a little video of it and I love how my belly just flops into my lap here!
I enjoying doing this and would like to make some longer and more in depth belly moisturising videos in the near future - it made my tummy feel so soft afterwards I couldn’t keep my hands off it!
Last week I had really awful gas and I took a few videos and sounds. Here’s an eight and a half minute clip of done if that gas churning around uncomfortably in my belly! sorry for the blips in sound, I think my mic needs replacing. I cut out a lot of the worst ones, I hope the rest don’t spoil your enjoyment of the sound too much.
