They went and did it.

Following up on this month's suggestion thread image, I figured I really should do the thing that Mel was suggesting to Kat with their heads taped together in a perpetual kiss.

Decided on using bandages instead because tape and hair are not friends.

Quick sketchy gif of the process, and I guess this is sorta standing in for a proper valentines picture since I didn't really have any ideas this year.  

And really, Kat and Mel each got what they wanted, each other.  

Hair.

There was a short thing going on between some artists I follow elsewhere putting their OCs in short hair, and I kinda extrapolated that to just doing some chars with different hair.

Sorry for posting this so late in the day.  I like doing unique specific images for them and with being tired from work it took me longer than I would have liked.

I don't have a whole lot to say at the moment.  The weather is crap cold again and I am just perpetually tired/worn out.  Thankfully because of it work is a bit slower than it normally is so I'm not COMPLETELY burnt out every day (but still close to it...)

Always trying to do more and get better, don't know if I'm really doing that though.

I... this wasn't meant to take up the whole stream on saturday. I just wanted to do a quick sketch of somebody sideways in a vac cube.  And that person ended up being the smol aodrable Odessa.

I think scale/size of things is way off here.  Kat may be gigantic, and also the perspective is janky.  Anyways.  Vaccubes are a neat idea....

Hit on a couple ideas from the suggestion thread so far this month.  

The various "dental" play stuff ended up influencing the "deepest darkest"  image from earlier on.  

Main image here was just a real simple Odessa in a shiny seifuku.  I really don't need much of an excuse to draw that tail.  So fluffy.

There were also more than a few suggestions for vac bed/sack/tower stuff so Ive been doing some of that too and will have that posted up in the next few d...

I used to do more stream of consciousness sketches like this.  Line lead to line leads to shape leads to idea, but I got out of it for some reason. Probably because of trying to work on specific ideas based around certain types of content.  I dunno.  I liked this one.

The anonymous nurses are a fun idea, but I think their design is lacking.  I might need to work on them.

Taking some of the visual elements I like and putting some kinda odd context to them.

Kinda framing this as some nightmare fantasy of Kat's.  Being taken away, strapped down and being processed/forced/whatever into becoming a part of the faceless entities that captured her.

Very much non canon as far as something that would happen to Kat, but very much canon being something she'd think about when her mind wanders.

I had mentioned in an ealier post tonight that a shitty mood had descended again.  I need to do it more, but one of the ways I work through them used to be drawing Kat dealing with whatever emotions I'm struggling with.  It's not very effective, but I try to get everything that's bothering me out in whatever I'm doodling.  

Kat, out and about, but every thing bearing down on her thoughts is just overwhelming her.  Lost in them, trapped, feeling near hopless for things. &nbs...

Seemed to be a lot of suggestions for vac related stuff.  This was a kinda quick (hour and 20 min) Mel in a sack from the other night.

The bad brain and the dark mood is back in force and making me second guess everything I do, but I'm working through it.  

Just need to keep drawing and keep showing you guys what I'm up to.

Suiting up.

 Started work on inking the suiting sequence from a few weeks ago.

Gonna be slow going, but going to be working on this in between things.

Not really a "comic" persay, more a related set of images in sequence.

Rubber reigndeer ponygirls are like... my favorite thing to draw this time of year. The worse and dumber the antlers look the better it is.  Though I have seen some cute ones that would probably make for better drawings than the "F"s I've been doing for years now.

Anyways.  You might think this is a Kat, but youd be wrong.  

The follow up is scribbly, but I hope I got across that ...

Chrimmus stream doodles.

Somewhat unfocused stream day. Some vaguely christmas related doodles done today. A wrapped up Mel, Amy being a good girl and waiting to open her present, a derpy faced sexy shiny santa Kat, a smol Odessa stuffed and strapped in a stocking, and then a funny to me at least doodle very clearly illustrating that Kat and Shio(oc) are completely different and separate character designs.

With the long weekend I plan on streaming a little bit each day.  Partly just to give myself some...
