Think of someone you don’t know very well, who you see somewhat regularly, who contributes something to your life. This could be to your mail carrier, your barista, your grocery clerk, your bus driver.
Write a thank you note to them. Thank them for their work and what they contribute to your life. If it’s appropriate and feasible, you can find a way to deliver the note to them.
