As winter comes (it's taking its time where I live tho 😂) I get the urge of making a hat.

These past days I've been working on the braids, which will work without hat as well. I learnt the lesson from last year's hair, so this time I made the entire thing without hat.

Hair Fix

Hi there! 

Today I found one issue with my hairstyles (the ones that work with the chromatic collection). When you zoom out a bit in game, the hair becomes solid and shows like cream/yellow strands.

I've fixed all the files, and uploaded them again in every hair post. To make things easier for you to download them, here I leave a list with all the fixed hairs.

I finally finished this hair that Praline requested me some days ago. Inspired in Sana (honestly, I had no idea who she was until she mentioned it 😂) but it was pretty and something that I haven't made before.

Finishing it has been a bit painful because I am addicted to AC Valhalla and wanted to play with it so badly but I had to finish the hair first hahaha.

Praline requested me another hair (she's slowly getting me into kpop hairs 😂) and I wanted to share with you how the hair is going so far. I still have to reshape some parts of it, as it feels too wide on top, among other little things. I will try to finish it tomorrow if everything goes well. Also... I think it might also fit male sims, after all it's long messy hair, so I might make a 2nd version to fit their body 😉

This is my first expansion for the chromatic collection 1. With it you can have hairs in two different colours, and you can make any combination you want!

For it to work I had to clone all hairs and edit them to use a different part of the texture. I had to use the hat space so with these hairs you can't use hats, and the colouring options such as roots and ombré only work with the main colour part. The other day I was asked about doing bicolor hairstyles and my first response was no because the way that the chromatic collection works it wouldn't be possible but... I managed to do it with a workaround (Leaving half of the hair as plain colour, no roots/ombré for it)

It's WIP time! hahaha

I wanted to make some short male hair but I need to make new alphas for it. Texture is the same, but still, I'd need to make the 100 colours again, and use different scalp texture (shaved sides), so, in the end I made long male hair. It's past mid-month and I still have lots of hairs to make, so I will try making that for upcoming month.

It's been a long day, saving 100 .dds files, one by one, isn't what I'd call entertaining 😂. And yes, you read it right, due to OCD reasons I made 5 extra colours hahahaha. Also you can see the huge space the swatches need (that's why I recommended the More Columns mod), tho, if someone feels that there are colours that won't be needed, feel free to open the .package on S4S and delete those you don't want.

First of all, PS just crashed when I was about to save the image, luckily I managed to capture the screen 😂

So this is the first try at the ginger/orange/red/purple palette. I tried to make the colours few of you suggested me, but I wanted to show it to you in case there's something you'd like me to change 😊

As personal preference, I like the colours from 6 to 13 but I wanted to deliver a palette that pleases everyone 😗

Working on textures pt.4

Here's a little update of what I did today. I've spent so many hours looking at shades of blonde that I think I'm colourblind by now 😂

I tried to make a bigger palette of blondes (compared to previous palette), and added golden ones that many people requested me to do, plus some new ones that are like a mix of very dark blonde ash colour (does that exist? 😂)

Tomorrow I will start with orange/red/ginger palette, some people wanted me to do more specific shades of orange hair ...
