I'm not sure whether this is a common thing in 3d programs, but Source Filmmaker for one will not let you pose shoulders the way you want to.
I mean never. Every variation from the standard t-pose is going to give you a heck of a fight with the collarbone manipulators. Especially anything like the hands-up elbows-down pose you see here.
This problem is plagueing the D.Va WiP I posted as well.
But I will get the hang of this at some point!
