To update on a computer, you can completely delete the old folder and just play using the new one.  Ren'Py stores saves in a separate location on your hard drive.

The new artist has been passed the brief, and we've already seen a preview of the first new scene. We have the rest of the story planned out, so whenever the next TDI update is a little further along, the writer will be able to jump right into that. 80% of the raw artwork was delivered last night, so we plan to spend the weekend cleaning it up and implementing it. Because this artist has been a bit inconsistent, we're not going to announce an exact release date right now, but you can expect to have v0.26 in your hands sometime in the next two weeks.

7-26-25 Progress Update

All of our implementation tasks are complete which can be. We're back to waiting for updates from the new artist, who had some computer issues this week but is working to get them resolved.

Our artist is hard at work on assets for the next update's minigames and pinups. The script will start this week as well. There isn't a lot to say here, but everything is right on track and going very smoothly with this game.

Believe it or not, all of the writing for v0.26 is complete now, and our programmer has started to implement both it and the new girls' bust art. We've also been delivered some sketches of the next set of pinups and scenes. While the artist finalizes those this week, we'll be working on the new attraction sprites and other small things needed for release.

7-12-25 Progress Update

We've completed planning out the entire KP story arc, and the artist and writer both have their marching orders for not only this next update, but the 1-2 after that as well. 7-5-25 Progress Update

Now that the latest build of TDI is out, our focus will be exclusively on PAD until v0.26 is ready for relase. We're a season and a half deep into a KP marathon, and taking notes of things we can use for the game. We've always felt that PAD is at its best when it can borrow and adapt (some might even say parody) the most memorable things from the source material, and we hope to send a scene guide to our new artist early next week.
