Hoho it's Halloween time. Sort of!
I got a lot of requests last year to make a Werewolf Ben dakimakura after I made the Sandra witch one. I was nervous about drawing it because I figured "It's just him, but bigger???" So I tried my best to make this daki stand out from his regular one. It's really just a bigger, buffer, more toothy dad-bod Ben, so I hope people are into that!

End of the first scene!
We jump back to present day with a gentle call to reality. It seems like Ben had been lost in his thoughts of past non-morning hours. This will not be the first or time his imagination runs wild but for now it's time to grab that coffee!

This was a little scene I had in my head for a while that I thought would be appropriate for Pride month. Also used it as practice for a black and white style I might want to use for some more work in the future.
A little peak into Terry's past, most likely early high school or late middle school? He lives with his two grandparents who are both smaller and shorter than him. His Grandad walks him to the bus stop every day and usually attempts some kind of small or pep talk before school....

I'll be doing this in a simpler Black and White style so there won't be a flat color stage this time. I have a few mini comics like this planned out and I wanted to keep them more light-hearted and easier :>
The big ole' Table for Three comic pages will also return first thing next month.
For the second Pride image this month I wanted to be a little experimental and try my hand at a soft painting style again. This is something I haven't done in probably 3+ years since it tends to be harder on my hand. It's fun to do once in a while and I thought this image would be perfect for it.
I hope this Avery positively drips with pansexual energy for you all <3

Not much different in steps. Basically the first flat image I lay out as I normally do, and the second is where I lay over the sketch lines and colors I did to make an 'underpainting'. Now I go to town on painting in some fun inconsistencies and pulling it all together. Or as I like to call it "The rest of the owl." I do think the flats are pretty nifty on their own though.

All the steps are honestly the same until the final piece, so I don't think people will see a huge difference BUT regardless I thought this would be a fun subject to practice on.
