We are working at full speed on both v14 and the new VIRTUES What-If chapter, and they are expected to be released almost simultaneously (or about a week apart). It is a time management strategy to minimize the effect of developing the what-if chapter on the development time of v14.
In v14, Alnilam will have many new scenes, and we will start her side storyline too.
