The stories of what-if chapters occur in multiverses and have nothing to do with the main game world. Each chapter either diverges significantly in settings from the main game world or contains fetishes that are UNCONTROVERSIAL (no ntr, no r*pe, no male creatures besides MC showing up) but not likely to be implemented in the main game, or perhaps both.

Sorring, Osonia, Alnilam, Kemuri, Juliana, and Cassy might have new scenes in v10. Right now I'm contemplating the possibility of introducing a new girl or giving you a third girlfriend in this update. More information will be revealed some days later in the mid-update report.
The delayed annual plan of 2024 will come in a few days too, at the last day of the year of bunny or the first day of the year of dragon.
