I'm a bit down these days in the middle of another cleaning. I'm fine, but I need to lay down often to not feel uncomfortable. The healing process keeps going on, but It will take some time, hopefully, few more weeks (and I hope I don't mess it up with more food incompatibilities😅). As promised, I had a small delay these days 😆 Christmas Vacations are coming and I had to deal yet with more expected ups and downs in health (these are less often and less severe, so, everything's under control! therapy is working and about to complete these days 💪🏼)
