"soundscape" + artbook cover

i cleaned up an old sketch i had for the cover of the artbook im putting together! i had originally planned to have it ready for TFF, but it ended up taking a little too long. in the end i didnt want to rush things and decided to pull back on getting it out asap.

i think theres some adjustments i want to make to the cover layout and the interiors, so it'll probably be awhile longer before i get it out. it's going to be a collection of b&w art from the last year or two--theres a few...

pan sizzling

cooked up a couple of 18+ illustration drafts, its time we got one of my boys. full drafts on the paid tier, ill probably start working on these some time next month

redrew that dex drawing, it was originally an ink illustration i did last year that im not sure i shared and cant find the scan for right now. thought its be fun to revisit it in color

i didnt run a timelapse for this one, but i did get a few progress screenshots while i was working and thought someone might like to see how im building these up. im still playing with 3d models for various things and i think theyre extremely helpful in laying out the illustration and getting something to build off of. makes starting these a little less overwhelming! i really had no idea what i wanted to do with this when i sat down to start coloring.

phew these took awhile, might need to pull back on detailing in future pages, i feel like i need to not get as bogged down so i can make sure pages release on time.. but i definitely start enjoying making them looks nice haha. aiming for the next update to come out before the end of the month--thanks for reading!! we're starting to get into it now

i wanted this update to be a little longer, but ive run out of time and need to return to commissions. had a good time with the backgrounds on these, mixing some photos i took with 3d models. ignore the fact that deans car changed from the first page, i found a better model to work with lmao ill update that at another point
