And as promised, a little something to tide y'all over while I'm away on vacay. I'll be back home next Monday and getting to work on part 22, but for now, here's this, and enjoy! More to come.

Huzzah! I got this post done pre-vacation, and have a draft ready for another I can dole out next week while I'm away. It still needs editing or I'd just share it now and let y'all pace yourselves however you like. We're getting closer to some big stuff, though I know some of you feel there's too many big stuffs already. Deal with it. :)
In this chapter, we spend a lot of time on Cassie and Taylor, with some Tabitha hanging out around the fringes. I wanted to establish our group dynamic...

First a couple announcements!
1) Patreon now has the option to pledge support annually rather than monthly. So for those of you sure you want to stick around or just grant me the serenity to know I won't be eating out of a dumpster this time next year, there ya go. There's also a 10% discount for opting in, so a little discount for you if you were going to stick around anyway. If you prefer to stay monthly, or know you're going to ping pong between benefit levels as some of you do, that...

Whew! Man, this one took me some doing before I got it like I wanted it. After leaving you with what seems to have been everyone's favorite twist, this chapter focuses pretty heavily on the addition of Tabitha Hutchings to the ensemble. I had a good idea who she was, but it took a lot of doing to get her to come across the way I wanted, so hopefully it worked out. We'll iron out the kinks as we move forward, but for now, here we go. Have a good weekend everybody. More to come!

This story has gotten long, folks. And yet stupid google docs still insists on suggesting that every single instance of Canon be corrected to Cannon. Yeesh. Anyway, here we round out the week with some good times with the whole teen gang. Not a lot to say here, but ya know, more to come. :) Enjoy the rest of your weekends!

Hey, look at me practicing healthy work-life balance and not just cranking out 5000 words a day. :D But here we are, part 16. It's a bit of a montage, Monday evening to Friday morning of the second to last week of the GHS school year. Once again I gave some thought to breaking it into separate parts, but let's acknowledge I can't do short hot bursts like Pan and accept it for what it is. If you like to read in installments and take your time with things, each day is more or less its own mini-...

Here we have part 15. This honestly could have been part 15 and 16 - feel free to let me know if you have thoughts on whether they should be released as such when I get around to sharing them with the broader public. It's split fairly evenly into two parts, one dealing with what has now become of affairs with Candy and Isa after their thwarting, and one a reconciliation between Canon and the Sterns (one of them, anyway). After two long sexless chapters, we also finally get to have a lit...

So here we have the so very very long awaited sequel to The Chill Pill. I didn't even realize until it was over that I'd once again given the title internal rhyme (or near rhyme, at least). This takes place a few years after the events of The Chill Pill. Hopefully it's easy enough to imagine the bridge from where his experiments left off in CP 4 and where it picks up here.
Forewarning: This character is dark. Maybe less dark, more just plain EVIL. There are some bits at the end that cla...

Sometimes, I amaze even myself. (I have an incredibly low capacity for self-amazement though, so take that with a grain of salt.) So, to set this up, a note on my SOP for commissions. Typically, I send it off to the individual who commissioned it, then head over here and set up a time delayed post, usually for midnight two days later. That way the person who proposed the story gets to have sole enjoyment for a bit, then on to the rest of you fine folk. (I do midnight releases as a nod to my f...

Here's one of those stories that came down and I never got around to putting back up. It was originally intended as a prequel to Tolerance/The Tolerant, setting up the origins of DJ Swanson's power through the exploration of his father's invention of the eponymous pill. I drifted off into other projects after the first four installments, but anyway, here they are. This is nothing new unless you missed them the first time around, but! My up-coming commission is going to operate in this world, ...

WHEW. I knew this was going to be a big one, but damn, just shy of 14k words. Part of me wanted to cut it in half, but the first part isn't enough for a Part, and the rest is basically one great big scene. I would have had it out yesterday, but I was up all night Saturday with a very very anxious German shepherd stray I found at the side of the highway. As a result, yesterday was just getting caught up on missed sleep. (Puppers is back with his owner and everyone is just fine. My cat's still ...

Back at it, folks! In this installment, we get a little time with some of our as yet lesser-revealed presences, school resource officer (SRO) Louisa Barbour, and would-be blackmailer Megan. I don't know that either will become characters with as major roles as Canon, Abbie or Taylor (or Cassie, for the Cassie fans), but I wanted to at least get a sort of baseline going, and I think I wound up mostly happy with Megan here after a lot of waffling on how to proceed. I probably could've trimmed i...

Howdy! If you panicked that I'd finally written myself into an early grave with Teaching Her A Lesson, don't! I am alive and whatever passes for well in 2020. I've been catching up on all the work I put off for my contribution to an idea Limerick proposed a couple months back on the MC Forum, namely, a VIRAL anthology by some well-liked authors on the archives (and also my humble-braggy ass). I'm so excited about this for so many reasons. First and foremost, it might raise a few bucks for a g...

Double digits, baby. Here we are with installment 10 of THAL. It's split pretty evenly between two scenes, one giving us a little introduction to Cassie Brown, and other revisiting matters between Mr. Canon and Abbie. They're both very dialogue-centric, in their own ways. I am a big fan of dialogue in my smut, and I wanted to have some fun with it here. One of the things I am digging about this series is the huge distinctions in personalities among its cast. TIOS had some of this, though real...

First things first, note that there are 2 stories attached below, so don't just download one file and stop there or part 10 will probably confuse you.
Whew. So I wrote part 8 on Sunday, and I was like "Hmm, I want more. I need more out of this. Boo." So I dove right into part 9. A day for editing (and a little R&R) later, here we are. Part 8 picks up with the aftermath of Abbie's treacherous suggestion of neighbor/blackmailer Cassie Brown. On the second pass, I think I found i...

Just kidding, it's Teaching Her A Lesson part 7. They pushed the deadline back for the charity anthology, which I took as a plain invitation to procrastinate. In this chapter, we unmask our blackmailer from part 4. I absolutely loved the ideas you guys had for their identity, but alas, tempting though it was to switch course, I stuck to my original plan.
Which reminds me, another idea I might try out if there's interest later on this year: a choose your own adventure style story. ...

So yeah, here's more. For all the folks worried I'm going to write myself to death, don't. Trust me, if you'd had to teach Taylor (or "Taylor," as it were), you'd still have a chip on your shoulder about it most of a decade later, too. I did manage to miss having "Abbie" in class, but only because I quit when I did. I did get to hear frequent stories from coworkers who had to drink away their frustrations with her, though. She made at least one of them cry. I include her in honor of those tea...

Away we go! This chapter opens with the arrival of Abbie and Taylor at Candy and Isa's place. It's a little shorter than some of the other chapters, but I thought it hit a good point for a break, and I know some of you like it more digestible anyways. I've already started on part 6, and I will not be stopped.
Also, just a reminder there's always interesting dialogue happening on the there's an interesting question fresh up on the 2020-06-23 07:38:51 +0000 UTC

The good times keep on a'rolling. First off, recommend you read first, return for my rambling commentary later. That said, I hope you're all still having fun with this meandering monster of a tail. I will confess, I have done a lot less foreplanning on this thing. It's not stream of consciousness, quite. I feel like letting myself occupy the head of Mr. Canon as he ineptly flails along, coupled with letting my writerly self chime in now and again to make things more interesting for him is wor...

I realized pretty on this story might have a little length behind it before I got done, and given the presumptive age of one of the characters, I knew I wasn't going to be able to sell it, so I figured what the hey, the EMCSA is a lot more accepting of line-fudging. Then I saw their next update wasn't go to be for two weeks. If I keep writing at this rate, I'm going to have enough to dribble it out over the next year. Yeesh. But if you wondered why I'm fussing over the earliness of the releas...

OK, so let me say up front, I definitely cannot sustain this production schedule, but sometimes, I get into something enough that sleep and other so-called essentials simply can't compete. So you know how I said I had all those other things to work on? Yeah, well, men plan, and god laughs. I had a chance encounter the other day (and of all the times you'd think odds of chance encounters were minimized!), and I wound up getting obsessed with this idea to the point that I just stayed up the past 24 hours churning this out.
This story is the closest I'll ever come to autobiographical. The first four thousand words are so are, with only minor embellishments, true events...

Hey everybody. Chiming in here with a fresh commission for you, The Limits of the Power. A tiny forewarning for those of you who don't spreche the Deutsch that you may want to have a German to English translator open when you read this. I'm back, folks! My new mouse fits my giant hands like a dream, and a week's rest seemed to really do the trick. I finished up Living the Dream Part 3 last night, and here it is for you folks in time for the weekend.
Because it has been forever since the last installment, I'll do a little recap for those who might need it. (If you don't need it, that's all there is to this post, so go on and get reading.) The story is a continuation of Neighbors From Back When in which a guy named...

Howdy, everybody. Apologies up front for a post with nothing happy attached. I just wanted to let y'all know I've been struggling with some pretty uncool carpal tunnel syndrome over here which has been slamming the brakes on my writing pretty hard. (Of course, since I can't go anywhere near a hospital or doctor's office, that's self-diagnosed, but I'm pretty sure it's not hand cancer or anything.) Lots of people dealing with lots worse, so could be plenty worse. Anyhoo, I have a new mouse com...

And I am caught up on monthly commissions! (Gold star for me!) This one was a fairly open-ended assignment, more of a prompt than a script. The task was to write about a boyfriend who winds up with a mind-controlled girlfriend even though he couldn't be there to do it firsthand. I wasn't honestly sure if our commissioner was channeling some of their own frustrations at being unable to be with a loved one during this whole coronavirus shitstorm, but I made it my goal to give a couple a little ...

Here we have the much-belated February commission. The basic premise involves a young man who gets a virtual reality video game and gets more than he bargained for. Since I was working so much on Gamemaster's Screen at the time, which those of you who've picked up a copy know is full of VR shenanigans, I decided to wait until I was done to tackle this so I didn't get brain bleed and could fully divorce myself from one concept while I wrote the other. I had a huge amount of fun with this one, ...
