First, a forewarning, there is minimal steam in this - it's largely a concept/character introduction. For those who don't care to look it up, it lets you modify up to five minutes of a single target's memory - adding a new memory, or deleting/modifying an existing one. I took some liberties as usual (especially with the pesky 5-minute limitation), but it's reasonably true to things.

This one hinges on another custom item, similar to the hat of disguise, but using the Disguise Other spell instead.
