WIP: comic thumbs

Heya friends!! So this is normally what I spend my Mondays doing.

When I'm thumbing a new page, most of my effort is put into deciding on camera angles, frame sizes, exact dialogue, and like you can see above: general expressions!

Even though I'm only producing scribbles, this is often my most difficult day. It's really the 'pulling something from nothing' stage, while all the other days are just rendering XD

Ren'Py Tutorial: Collection Screens

To make something like my custom collection screens, you'll need to do three things: Make a custom menu screen, add a link to the screen to the game menu, and manipulate persistent variables. So this tutorial will have three parts!

Ren'Py help: Bars

I've gotten a couple question about how to make sanity/health bars in Ren'Py, so I'll go through the basics :D

The first thing to know is that making a variable bar is done with screen language. That means that you're creating a custom screen, and telling it to appear over your game most of the time.

Programming Pronouns in Ren'Py

I wanted to add a little update/tutorial about the programming I've used for giving the player choosable pronouns in The Hunt!

So, I started with making a custom screen in the screens.rpy file!
