It's another compendium of arcade games by a big studio, and this time it's Namco! This first part concentrates on the Golden Age -- from 1978 to 1985. Obviously there's lots of big titles here -- Galaxian, Xevious, Dig Dug, Pole Positon...and obviously, quite a few Pac-Man games. Enjoy!

Hey everyone. It's new wrestling video time, and this week it's the turn of Samoa Joe vs. Kenta Kobashi, ROH's classic 2005 bout. This served as a brilliant introduction for many people, whether it was to ROH or to Puroresu -- a truly once in a lifetime match in front of one of wrestling's greatest ever crowds. Here's how it all happened! Enjoy.

Well, here it is -- a big video all about Big Egg Wrestling Universe. Mainly this video focuses on the V*TOP Tournament and all the stories going into that part of the card, seeing as this is a TEN HOUR show and it kinda helps to have something be the main focus...still, there's plenty of opportunity to look at the various other happenings on this legendary behemoth of a card. Enjoy!

A couple of days earlier than normal...this is a video all about Mastertronic -- one of the biggest companies that's yet to really be covered on the channel, they changed the game thanks to their focus on budget software, creating the template for everyone else to follow. They expanded a bit too much in 1987, and we're also going deep into their most interesting failed venture -- the Arcadia Super System, a product that tried to stick the Amiga into a successful Arcade cabinet. There's lots t...

Yes, it's a video all about that little Danish troll named Hugo. If you're from the UK you probably only remember him from a couple of years on What's Up Doc, but he was a lot bigger than you probably think. Having succeeded a bear named Oswald, Hugo would go on to be broadcast in over 40 countries and watched by 440 million people. And so, here's a big dive into just how he became such a huge success in his native Denmark and other countries, not to mention his various computer games. Enjoy!...

Dory Funk Jr. and Terry Funk are two of the most important foreign talents in the history of Puroresu, particularly in All Japan -- they were loved by the crowds just as much as the home team, they trained a ridiculous amount of talent, helped create the Real World Tag League...they did a lot. This video concentrates on a pretty unique match in their careers though -- the one singles match that Dory and Terry had against each other, in 1981. A brother vs. brother match like this wasn't exactl...

Legendary UK gaming mag Amiga Power were famously honest with their reviews, using the entirety of a 100% scale when most mags didn't. As a result, they gave quite a few titles scores of a whopping 10% or less, including one that got a single percentage point. This video looks at all 38 of those games! There's several famously bad titles like Rise of the Robots and Dangerous Streets, but quite a few very obscure ones indeed. Enjoy!

Stan Hansen was a long way into his career by 1990, but as All Japan hit the King's Road era, The Lariat would become even more important to the company than ever with four different Triple Crown reigns. Here's a 70-minute video looking at that whole period, and the man they called the Unsinkable Battleship! Enjoy.

Well, here it is. Nearly two hours of looking at every Konami 80's Arcade Game. There's a good few obvious classics here with the likes of Frogger, Contra, Gradius, Scramble, Track & Field and so on, but we've got a lot of obscure titles dotted around these 84 entries. Hopefully you enjoy this, it's a good old-fashioned solid and very long indeed Kim video, with all sorts of facts and the like. Take care!

Finally, a new bona fide proper wrestling video. This one covers the early years of Okada! We've got his very first match in Toryumon Mexico, a bunch of mid-noughties US indie work (including the match that helped him get to NJPW), his Young Lion days, the dreaded TNA times, and his big return as The Rainmaker. Enjoy :)

So, I didn't include Batman Forever in my 50 Worst Mega Drive Games -- I was going to but I decided that I wanted to write more about it...a lot more. It certainly is a rather bad game indeed and this video will go into many of its flaws in detail, but could it have been better? What things does it actually do alright? I had to give it the full 45-minute treatment, and this is the result. Enjoy!

EDIT: Ok, considering what's literally JUST come out with regards to Vince McMahon, Brock Lesnar and the utterly horrible allegations (especially the messages) that have just appeared, this is obviously going to need a LOT of reworking to focus purely on these guys and just cut out any and all references to Lesnar, at the VERY least. Frankly, it's up in the air as to whether this one comes out at all. I don't know when this is going to be out now but after seeing that shit, those t...

Hey everyone, here's the latest video. This is all about Warajevo, a ZX Spectrum emulator that has quite an amazing story behind it -- it was made during the three and a half year long siege of Sarajevo by two soldiers, as a way to keep them from losing hope during the Bosnian War. It's also the first emulator that I ever seriously used. Hope you enjoy this. :)

Yep, it's a much-requested follow up. This video covers all of Data East's 1990's arcade games! Everything from very famous titles to a few completely unreleased ones. There's nearly 50 titles here, a little over half of what was in the 80's video...however, the video still ended up being 80 minutes long because of course it did. Enjoy!

Hey hey -- sorry this is incomplete, I wanted to have this all done today but time's got the better of me. Anyway, this is seven out of the 10 games from the 2nd volume of Mega Drive Deep Cuts, made possible thanks to the almighty Sega Mega Wheel. It should be finished tomorrow. :) enjoy!

Hey hey, everyone.
So, it's about time to start putting Misawa vs. Kawada out there on the Wrestling Road channel -- the big one. I thought however, seeing as I needed to make some changes to satisfy copyright demons and the like, I would revisit the series a little -- in the two years since I originally made it, there's new things I've discovered and so on, or other things in the vid that are worth expanding on. So to kick things off, this is Part 1 again, the one that goes deep into t...

Here we go! A big video featuring all 96 of Data East's 1980's arcade games. Obviously there's classics like Burger Time, Sly Spy, Bad Dudes, Karnov and all of that, but we have plenty of weirdness as well as some very cool lesser known titles. Data East are certainly pretty interesting when it comes to the games that they made, that's for sure. Enjoy!

The eventual title of this video will be better, but yes -- Ninja Clowns is an arcade game that exists, from 1991. It's weird and strange and obviously trying to get some of that TMNT goldust, and I thought it was worth looking at. Enjoy!

Hey hey. I've made three shorter vids over the past few days, which I intend to release gradually on the main channel but naturally, I'm putting all three up now here. I've got plans for more in this vein -- these three in particular are early 80's Arcades that are certainly intriguing, but don't really warrant a really big vid or anything like that as they're kind of obscure. It's nice in any case to have a couple of vids in the pump, so to speak -- hopefully I'll get at least another one wr...

I did a segment on this in a "Terrible Matches" vid a couple of years ago, but I wanted to do something more extended covering...well, everything about the titanic battle between Giant Baba and Raja Lion that I could find. It is, after all, a match like no other in the history of All Japan, and one of the most hilariously bad matches ever. But is it a parody? Why did it happen at all? There are many questions. Enjoy this 'un.
Also, a post with gaming videos in it should be co...

Today we're covering all the sports games released by Technos Japan in the almighty hot-blooded Kunio-kun franchise, everything from Dodgeball to Football, Ice Hockey to Athletics, and plenty more besides -- there's 11 separate games and a load of ports too. After experiencing the lowest of lows when he was released from the WWF in November 2001, Eddie Guerrero went to the indies for one of the most important periods of his career -- the time when he got himself back together and showed that he could get back on top. Here it is at last -- 75 minutes all about the original Phantasy Star. The creation and development of it, breaking the whole thing down, the lot. This video probably wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the big Sega Mega Wheel project I've been doing on Twitch -- it contains ten games for the Mega Drive that barely get talked about at all. Five of them are really good and worth playing, or at least interesting! The other five...well, they could match a lot of the better known bad MD games. Enjoy :)

These Days, Michinoku Pro Wrestling's 3rd Anniversary show from October 1996, was the company's biggest ever show, and it introduced lots of people to a style of Junior Heavyweight Wrestling that they'd never seen the likes of before -- fast, furious, and fluid beyond belief. Here's a look back at this thoroughly awesome card! Enjoy.

I plan to do a big video pretty soon on the mid 2000's Godfather game -- one of my favourite licenced titles -- but before then, here's something of a prelude...the first Godfather game from 1991, the one that US Gold put out there that unfortunately was as boring to play as it was pretty to look at. Still, they were supposed to do more than just this one action game...enjoy :)

I've been wanting to do this one since there was all the discourse following the Omega/Ospreay return, when talk of THAT Tiger Driver '91 was all the rage. It's a few weeks later, but I really wanted to do a comprehensive history of the move that was once Misawa's most powerful weapon -- it's not the most clearcut of supermoves. So enjoy this vid!
WARNING: This video will naturally feature a lot of big Puro head/neck drop bumps. You may want to get an ice bag before watching this....
