This was originally used in my Life On The Farm Series. I've updated the build for Cottage Living pack. Includes chickens, and a cow. There's plenty of space for growing crops or whatever you want to do on the farm.
You have a main house, barn, livestock area, crop area, Farm To Table style restaurant but can be changed.

Truck Stop includes 3 areas, A gas station with mini-mart and auto garage, diner, and motel. You can set the lot type to whatever you want.
Two types of parking spaces, one for regular cars and one for large semi-trucks. There are some in the game you can use and enlarge them if needed.
Several packs were used, some items might not show up if you don't have that pack.

Notes: I decided to release and avoid further delays which means I'll need to create one last small update to this version. A 7.2. So far this update has taken over a month and finally down to just a few more days and then getting this released. The delays were all due to learning new tuning such as getting lot traits to spawn sims, creating animations, and figuring out how to finally get each gig to perform as intended.
Sexy Gigs Mod Version 7.1 release date is 10/19/2021, on Tuesday. I'm extremely excited because all the tuning in this mod has been updated to offer improved gameplay.
I'm currently making custom animations for the Sexy Gigs mod. I'm using tutorials by Sacrificial's youtube channel. I was using tutorials by FlowerSimFactory but their channel is temporarily taken down for some reason. However, Sacrificial shows you how to make the social animations which is what I need.
Sexy Gigs 7.1 is near complete once I'm done making animations and then testing. Still no release date because I'm simply not sure.

Trailer Park Living Mod adds a functional community of rent paying trailer park tenants to The Sims 4.
