People have always heard of a sly fox ... but ... a shy fox?! Yeap , you get Holly.

It won't be long now Holly, you will make your debut very soon !! 

Having said that. I think she's even more shy. Haha. But yeah here you go guys ... a sketch of The Guardians' newest addition... Holly the Red Fox.

New Guardian incoming (Owlson The Keen)

Remember I told you guys about the old guardian the Owl in school project , Owlson , was replaced by Coral the Scarlet Macaw? 

Yea. Here's the good news. Turns out Owlson The Keen (Yes that's his title now) will be returning as a guardian ! HOW COOL IS THAT!

However this is a temporary design/ look . I will take the time to look into his armor design and maybe his appearance. But right now im  digging his cool and mysterious appearance. So hehehe... maybe that will stay.

Sinistella The Guardian Devourer

Sinistella an interesting villain because she's both sassy and savage at the same time, partial its because of her power . She consumes Guardians to gain access to their powers...Nonetheless , I love drawing her. 

FYI My favourite characters to draw are , Baxter , Sinistella , Mercy and Holly .If you want , tell me your favourite guardian . I may just draw a sketch like this.

During this period its pretty packed with projects... but i take a break by sketching once in a while...just...

To eventually excel in drawing... one must practice no  matter how busy he/she may be . So here's a daily sketch of Coral and Baxter.

Main Comic Page Update

Good news guys . By next week the next page of Guardians of the Animal Kingdom . I assure you!!!! IT IS CONFIRMED HAHAHA . I've put my heart and soul into these pages and will continue to do so .  So you guys won't be disappointed XD.

Also on the side note... Holly will make her appearance in one or two pages times.  This shy vixen will finally come out to play ! Yayyyyy!!!

Old Guardians Cover ( Back when it was called Defenders)

This was the cover page I did for the old Guardians cover . Back then it was done for a school project XD. My how the style and art has changed ! 

FYI Coral never existed . She was replaced by an Owl Guardian (Defender) by the name of Owlson. His ability was pretty lame that's why he was replaced XD. Keen Eyesight and Iron talons. I really think Coral was a great addition to the Guardians team . 

The style was actually based off the Marvel comics... hence all the bright highlig...

This period's Bonus Content

I will be completing All Guardians's biographies , inclusive of turnaround poses and side notes . 

And if i can squeeze out extra time in this period, I shall do a halloween render of some of the Guardians. 

These side notes are mostly how the guardian is designed , usually anatomically.

This Month is  Baxter's Biography . So stay tuned !

Inktober day 1-Fast

for those of you who don't know about inktober ... Its a time for artists to challenge themselves with ink mediums each day for the month of October. So this was my submission based on the theme -Fast.  A cheetah. Hmmm ... could I add that animal as a citizen in the comic ? Who knows

Stella The Pine Marten

Meet the Bubbly Pie-Loving Guardian Pine Marten, Stella. Leader of the group. Stella is a very compassionate individual who puts others before herself. Thus being loved by most of her Peers. Except Rafflesia the Skunk...who somehow has a deep rivalry for her... and her banished sister Sinistella, who is just full of jealousy and evil.

Current Plan for the Comic.

Hi guys . I am still going by one page per fortnight plan . The current plan right now is for me to create one Side Comic (Currently Sinistella and Baxter's Story) for the first 2 weeks and  the Main comic for the next 2 weeks...

I'm guessing some of you guys like how some guardians interact with one another.. or get to know their synergy and personality more . That's why I'm going ahead with this plan . For those who don't want to read the side comic... it's alright , you guys aren't mis...

Side Story WIP(Sinistella and Baxter)

Okay while Coral the Macaw is looking for Stella, ever wondered what's going on with the other Guardians? (e.g. Stella and Rafflesia at the Pie Eating Competition ... Sinistella and Baxter ... and lets not forget poor and lonely Mercy!)

These are short comics I will be doing  that will eventually link back to the main story. But It's okay if you miss out or do not want to read these short stories... you're not missing any important parts of the story XD.

Poor Baxter is struggling to finish the report.

 Although its not a report , I'm stuck in a similar situation... I am actually juggling between deadlines and the comic itself . So bear with me hahaha. If not ... i get " eaten alive " too XD.

Btw i did this little sketch in whatever free time i had... which wasn't a lot. Now back to work .

Mercy the Kangaroo

Did you know her long name was Mercedes ? Anyway most of her friends call her by her short name Mercy.

Side note : This is her updated color palette !

She has a brownish tipped ears  and a slightly beige underbelly.

So get ready for a new look  mercy!! Sorta...

Page 30 WIP (Next Month's sneak peek)

Actually it takes  a few weeks to forge armor .... For Bespin to forge armor for Coral is considered relatively fast!!!

Pardon for the colored lines on Coral's wing . Its the placement of the different layers of feathers of a bird.(primaries ,secondaries, marginal coverts , alula etc.)

This is the latest update for Coral the Scarlet Macaw ! I also gave her a turntable cos she's pretty tricky to draw XD. Especially her front view
