Update to reward tiers and information on raffle

I've updated the tiers to make it more worth it for folks to pledge to those tiers.  Let me know how you guys feel about these changes. The delta tier will be involved in the current comic that I am putting out. Your character will show up and all of the details will be hashed out with me some time later down the line so look forward to that.
