Beta Test for a brand new program

Hey guys, so sorry for the delay. Here's the new program that I hinted about. I'll explain the goal and plan for this program later.

For now you guys can just test it out. Warning: for the first time you open it, it may take around 8 seconds for the page to load but after that should be instant.  

It currently have two features: image upscaling and youtube downloading.

Sorry for the lack of update on the toolkit, but I have smt to make up for that very soon (more at the end of announcement)  

Recently I have been working on the Japanese translation model 

I tested ChatGPT with very mixed result, like a lot of sexual or violence line are not translated  

Translation when it worked can be very good but mostly on par with DeepL, not...
