So you currently go into aiming with Q then you can bring your mouse to the edges of screen to scan the area to scan for threats across the whole map

Drew some tents out (Ignore the small RPG maker man)
Here we see some light shades of dust coating the desert floor, looks nice! This is using a simple layering plugin for RPG maker MV.
My friend imaginary Z has made an amazing plugin to virtually make the desert endless. With X and Y co-ords at the top to help me navigate during the game dev cycle.But for players I'm thinking maybe a radar of some sort!
Desert textures
Learnt how to make sand dunes. Been really into the idea of deserts recently and desert aesthetic. Makes me think of a game where you just explore a big open desert, no set objectives. Just doing what you can.

This took a while. Thinking of naming it a hunger frequency meter, or predatory instinct meter, gotta line up the meters in order to keep the patient at bay from eating you!

Particles, improved germ sprites
E and Q for confirm and cancel instead of RPG Maker default, better sprites, particles, just makinge verything look nice!

The graphics are seperated in such a way that'll it'll be easy to equip mark with other stuff other than the toothbrush, so electric toothbrushes, floss etc !

It took a week or two to make, its mostly finished, might add some more scenes and such but otherwise its done!
