I was privileged to shoot this amazing model yesterday. I wanted to experiment. little with light and shadows. We tried quite a few different things and basically just experimented. some things worked, some were terrible, but at least I know what to do for the next time.

My project for 2022 was to shoot a series of nudescapes around Cape Town, with the sun as a focal point. Anyone who knows about photography will know it's not something you should do, but I wanted to push the boundaries a little and create something different.
This was a public exhibition, held in Cape Town on 1 December.

Please bear with me for a few days, My house was broken into today and my Mac, camera, lights etc were stolen. I was not properly insured so that doesn’t help my case much either.

So here's a funny story! I met this Australian girl purely by chance, in a surf shop. She is travelling around and models for fun, and to make a bit of cash. So we decided to shoot together. It was amazing, and were planning on shooting again this week, before she leaves to Dubai.
