start of a new week means time to shape up the bod so alllll the muscles pop more ๐ช๐ผ afterwards tho had to moist up so the skin stay hydrated (and looked all greasey too) ๐ง definitely mixed in with my sweat from the gym earlier but thatโll happen when you push you bod to the fullest extent ๐ฎโ๐จ

After the gym took a seat on the counter with my 170lbs of weight all over it ๐ฅ wouldโve been nice if someone coulda picked me up and put me down on it but not many people lift as much as me ๐ฎโ๐จ ๐ช๐ผ had the sweaty gym piece on too esp after an intense cardio sesh that bathroom was def steamy well before the shower went on ๐ฅต

This gym day was rlly special to me because not only did I get a fat pump in doing workout more so for form than for strength (form over strength always!) I also used a gym piece of mine that I thought I lost! Found it in the corner of my dirty laundry it must have fallen out but I knew I couldnโt skip another gym day without it! All the sweat dried up by the time I got these shots but trust it was much more soaked earlier ๐ฅต

Start of a new week hitting chest & triceps & shoulders and after cardio the pump grew even better, especially when the sweat was pouring down after doing a steep incline & fast walk on the treadmill ๐ฎโ๐จ took a load off on the recliner with the new gym piece (in my favorite color too) which breathed so nice from my crotch area ๐ฅ definitely helped a ton with the workout ๐ช๐ผ

was a bit cloudy outside today, actually got drenched a bit by something other than my sweat ๐ฅต but the pump still came out strong ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ผ hit back and biceps today but that wasnโt the only muscles showed off here and in the vid ๐ (higher tiers) got that used gym piece on too for good measure Ik that was far from the driest thing around me or my body

mixing the gym bod with the warm comfy blanket is a wild combo (that heats up my body too ๐ฅต) got a massive pump in not only just my back & biceps what I hit today but also alllll my muscles since the progress rlly showing off (more shown off in higher tiers ;)) tho the couch was big enough for two so def need some company iykyk ๐ฅ

went in my closet & found something I hadnโt thought about in a while, as you could see in the video (available on highest 2 tiers) it strangely smelled like a gym locker room but not in a bad way ๐ prob cuz I wore it often enough it got a bit of my sweat caked into it. Fresh out the gym right after cardio, based on the angle youโd think Iโd be showing off the pump from my legsssss but I didnโt hit those today, tmrw ;) got a massive pump in tho for all my muscles above my legs through my gym piece loaded with sweet ๐ฎโ๐จ ๐ง the got chest/triceps/shoulders/back/biceps and more ๐
