I got robbed

Our car got broken into. They stole my tablet and my clothes and with it my new series. Sorry for the inconvenience but I won't be able to take any commissions or work on anything for the patreon until I manage to settle down into an apartment which looks like... well not very soon. I will cancel next month's charge as well while I figure out what comes next. Thank you for all your support.

Cooking up a little something

Next month in lieu of an audience poll (which I swear will be back some day), I am working on a fresh story series inspired by my time driving through the wild west. June Update: Travel and a pause

Hello my lovely patrons. Well June is the month of the big move and I won't have a lot of time to work on art for the patreon so I've decided to pause all subscriptions for the month. I might still post some minor work here, but I won't charge you for a lack of direct content. Once I'm settled in my new home I'll be able to reevaluate my output to the patreon.

Comic progress update

Wow it's already been a week of April! Time flies when you're making comics! Here's a little sneak peek at my current project sketches. The whole project started as an homage to Tamaki Hisao's Trans Venus, a manga that I personally love. If you're familiar with the manga you'll be able to see the inspiration in the second image. I'll keep you, my lovely patrons, up to date with the project as things mature. I'm currently deep into the penciling phase.

April monthly poll (and a little update)

Well March just flew by. (Thanks, Elden Ring.) Anyways it's time for a new poll!

I know I promised updates on the paycomic this month, but honestly there wasn't gas in the tank for that. I looked it over and it's just not coming together like I wanted. I decided to cut my losses before sunk cost fallacy hit. So for now I'm abandoning that project and starting a new one that will hopefully be more fun and easy to work on. As always I'll keep you posted.

The wonderful Transformistress made this template over on Twitter and I couldn't help but make one with my favorite stunt double. He has a name now! In the intervening years, our stunt double Alex has largely traded in crash mats for minivans but there's always more to do in his line of work.

A little doodle and a little update

It's like poetry, it rhymes

Here's the January illustration, based on the classic comics character Etrigan the Demon. If you don't know who that is, there's an excellent Justice League episode about him and Morgaine Le Fay titled "A Knight of Shadows." It felt like the right time to deploy some Kirby Dots for the fire, seeing as Jack Kirby is the creator of the character.
