So, here's my current thinking in regards to the pay-what-you-want sketch stream.
I'm taking Friday off from work so I can have a 4 day weekend this upcoming weekend, so my plan is to host the stream on Friday over Discord, so you will need to be on Discord to participate. I only draw on iPad now, and doing a share screen through Discord seems to be the most painless method of doing a live stream on it.
I'll do about 8ish hours of streaming, but split into two different timeframes...

The follow up appointment I made while I was at the hospital was made to follow up a week after I get the second shot. Probably why it hasn't completely helped with the pain. For those who aren't in the Discord channel: an update!
I had the nerve blocker procedure done without issue. It's still early on for me to give a definite answer if it's helping or not, but as of this moment I'd say that it's around 80-90% better than what it was before. It was never meant to solve the underlying cause of the problem as none of the doctors I visited could pinpoint what exactly it was, but it more or less seems to be reducing the pain signals from reaching my nut. I finished Nier Replicant and got the new ending E. I had already knew what ending E was since almost a decade ago, but it was really neat to see it in game finally. There was a lot of neat visual effects that really tie the game to Automata. For real, if you're a fan of the original or enjoyed Automata, it's super worth picking up.
Just make sure to play it in moderation, because having to redo things 6 times does wear one down.
