It’s fascinating that I can create short videos with both visuals and audio in just a few minutes — it really sparks my creativity.
That said, Sora2 has strict limits: each clip can only be 10 seconds long, and all content must remain fully all-ages.

In this post, I’m sharing four Sora2 transformation animations.
Each one is short, created around the kind of transformation scenes I personally enjoy.
There’s no explicit content — the transformations are shown through light and visual transitions.
1️⃣ The Birth of a Knight Princess
A young adventurer touches a golden circlet in ancient ruins and is enveloped in light, transforming into a pink-haired knightly princess.
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with Sora2, a video generation AI developed by OpenAI.
It automatically creates both visuals and audio from text prompts, and I’m impressed by how naturally it can reflect the intended atmosphere.
I usually work with Wan2.2, which runs locally, but I was surprised by how polished Sora2 feels — it’s amazing that such natural videos can be made entirely on the web.

Since the previous Kazuma animation was well-received, and because “Yunyun” came up in the comments, I decided to make a new one where Kazuma transforms into Yunyun.

The original file "Firefly.mp4" was encoded in AV1 format to keep high visual quality (~104MB).
However, I found that some devices, especially iPhones, cannot play AV1 properly.
To ensure better compatibility, I have now added a lightweight H.264 version
"Firefly_light_H264.mp4" (~50MB).

I had actually progressed to about the middle, but Wan2.2 had the drawback of colors shifting, and the longer the video got, the worse the quality became.
Fortunately, with the recent update to “EasyWan22,” one of the AI video generation tools I use, this issue has been fixed!
