My instinct is to have something involving a docked boat, some kind of tavern, some shops and dwellings perched about the edge of an island.

I likely won't get this one finished for October, but the next Phandelver Map(s) that I'm going to be creating are my interpretation of the ruined Tresdendar Manor, as well as a variant of a refurbished/restored Tresendar Manor that can be used for time-travel shenanigans, prequel homebrews or post-LMoP Adventures where your players may want to occupy and restore the building once they've cleared it out.
I will also likely release my version of the Redbrand Hideout beneath Tresendar Man...

The next Map Pack will be another collection of Phandelver/Phandalin support maps that will include the Goblin Ambush in the Woods, the ruins of Conyberry, and the Smithy and Woodworker town buildings.
The next group of maps after that will include both the LMoP ruined Trescendar Manor, as well as a restored version of the manor for DMs that want to have that serve as a base of operations for future campaigns/adventures.

I am working on a Halloween Adventure that will include 4 total maps -- a Noble Estate and Lower Level in a "normal" setting, and the same Noble Estate and Lower Level in a "Ruined" state following some horrific ceremony that was successfully conducted in the eastern half of the lower level following a party/dinner/will reading that happens in the main estate.
I have the main floor pretty much complete, and am now mapping out and completing the "normal" version of the Lower Level.
I decided I would try my hand at a Halloween-inspired estate that could be the backdrop for a one-shot Halloween adventure. My plan is to have a 2-level estate (Main Floor and Cellar/Basement), and to have two versions -- an intact and fancy estate (pictured above) and a ruined version of that estate (still to be created).
That way, a party could encounter either version first and then suddenly find themselves in the other version after falling asleep at dinner or being trapped in the b...

This is the Patron Map of the Month for October, the Halfling Village of Brill, which I am so happy to make available to you. It's quite a large map (56 x 40) and so to retain decent quality for both Roll20 Free (<5MB) and Roll20 paid (<10MB), I decided to split the map into an East and West version that you could flip between.

I've pretty much finished the Halfling Village, and am working on getting some reasonably sized images created for Roll20 and VTT. I will be experimenting with splitting the map images up so that I can retain integrity across the whole village, but it may require splitting the map into 2 or 4 sections due to the size.

I just wanted to post some images of the Halfling Village, as it progresses. I am feeling like I should be able to have it completed today or tomorrow. It's going to be a large map, similar to Riverton Hollow, so I will probably save it out in quadrants and make those files available to keep the visual quality high, even in in Roll20.
