Phantasma is a new super hero for CRISIS which will take debut around the same time Ocnus will show up.
theres not much i can tell you about him without spoilers but he keeps his suit under a coat 24/7 in civil cause hes always ready to do his job.
The logos are again made up from scratch i hope you like him :)
